Managing multiple Telegram accounts for work

I need to use around 10 or more Telegram accounts simultaneously for work. On my phone it's manageable to switch between them relatively quickly but on my laptop it's a total pain. Sometimes I need to have active conversations with different people from different accounts at the same time and constantly jumping back and forth gets exhausting. What can I do to actually work in multiple accounts at once without losing my mind?

Telegram Desktop only lets you run three accounts max in one instance which is useless when you need ten or more. Running multiple instances of the app works but each one takes up screen space and RAM, plus you're still manually clicking between windows trying to remember which conversation is in which account. Web versions through different browsers help a bit but you run into the same clutter problem and performance tanks when you've got that many tabs open.

Juggling browser tabs or separate app windows turns your workflow into chaos when you're trying to track which client or project goes with which account. You waste time clicking around just to find the right chat and by then you've lost your train of thought on what you were typing. You can read about running multiple Telegram accounts using a multi-account browser here: https://gologin.com/blog/how-to-run-multiple-telegram-accounts/ . Each account gets its own isolated profile so you can have them all open side by side without conflicts. You'll actually be able to manage simultaneous conversations across all your work accounts without the constant switching driving you insane.
