Anyone in Wadi Al Safa know a mobile battery guy who actually answers the phone?

I'm so frustrated right now. My BMW X1 has been sitting in the carport for three days because I can't get anyone to show up and help with the battery. Called three different mobile services I found online. First one said they'd be there in an hour, never showed and stopped answering. Second one quoted me a price, then added a "delivery fee" when the guy was already on the way. Third one just never picked up. I live in Wadi Al Safa and I think some services avoid the area because of the villa layout or something. A neighbor mentioned the Precision Wadi Al Safa Battery Installation Service in Battery Zone UAE and said they actually know how to find places around here. Has anyone used them recently? I just need someone who will show up when they say, test the battery properly, and not try to upsell me on a premium battery when a standard one will do. The car is a 2015 diesel so I need the right cold crank amps but nothing fancy. Also do they accept card payment or only cash? I don't keep much cash at home. Really hoping someone from the neighborhood can vouch for them before I waste another afternoon waiting for a no show. Thanks in advance for any help.
