Robert Parker was participating in an off-roading event when an incident took place, according to witnesses. It appears he lost control of his ATV, leading it into a catastrophic collision which resulted in its rolling over onto him before emergency services were alerted at approximately 4:44 p.m. Wednesday in Hornet County.
