Basically, the Deep Web is the part of the Internet that cannot be found by standard search engines. It is also called the Dark Web. It is a place where illegal content can be accessed.
Some of the major sources of deep web content are fee-for-service sites. These websites require customers to register with a user id and create a password. These sites make their content available only to paying customers. The content is also blocked from search engine bots.
