A #united_airlines_flights_tickets is non-refundable unless it is canceled following the United's cancellation policy. A fee may apply for downgrades, reissues, and itinerary changes. Contact a FirstFly Travel agent or visit united.com for details. The origin, destination, routing, date, and time of Award tickets can be changed, except for Basic Economy tickets. The mileage difference (and applicable taxes) will apply to the new Award ticket.
