Koutoubia was established by Moroccan immigrant Michel Ohayon. With recipes from his mother and family, Koutoubia quickly became known as one of the best Moroccan restaurants in the country by both chefs and food critics.
Traditional Moroccan food is still served at Koutoubia, along with newer, more modern dishes, hand-crafted cocktails, Moroccan beers, and wines for a great night out with friends, a party, or a romantic dinner for two.
