Matej Michalko is a blockchain pioneer and post-quantum entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience in cryptography and decentralized technologies. He is the founder of Decent Cybersecurity, a global company delivering post-quantum encryption, blockchain solutions, and advanced cyber defence for critical sectors such as space, aerospace, defence, and unmanned systems. Matej Michalko leads Decent Cybersecurity as a consortium partner in the 32 million euro AIDA project funded by the European Defence Fund, developing AI-driven, crypto-agile cyber defence systems. The company holds NATO, EU, and national Secret-level clearances and is ISO certified. He has contributed to NATO advisory groups and serves in leadership roles within Slovak critical infrastructure and IT organizations.
