PS4 CONSOLE

The PlayStation 4 is a home video game console developed by Sony Computer Entertainment. Announced as the successor to the PlayStation 3 in February 2013, it was launched on November 15 in North America, November 29 in Europe, South America and Australia, and on February 22, 2014, in Japan. It competes with Microsoft's Xbox One and Nintendo's Wii U and Switch.

The PlayStation 4 has an AMD Accelerated Processing Unit (APU) built around a central processing unit (CPU) and graphics processing unit (GPU), that together perform much faster than those used in the PlayStation 3. The console also contains 8 GB of DDR5 random-access memory, expandable to 16 GB, and a 500 GB hard drive. The system has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, two USB 3.0 ports, and two HDMI ports.
