The top thousand listed businesses in India are expected to submit an annual report that includes a Business Sustainability Report to the stock exchanges. The Business Sustainability Report, or BRR, includes the businesses’ Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies in the format specified by SEBI, or the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
