My name is Gilda Sarceno and I am proudly cofounder of La Diferencia Restaurant along with my husband, this place is the culmination of my dreams ever since I came to this country, I wanted to have a place to call my own and to be able to serve the food that I love so much, it is my wish for all of our guests to have a memorable experience here with us and enjoy great food and drinks. I am Luis Martinez, co-owner of La Diferencia Restaurant, along with my wife Gilda, a career builder by trade, I’ve had the honor of building some of the most popular Mexican restaurants around and, together with my wife it has been a lifelong dream of ours to have our own place, from picking the right colors for the walls to the bar style and decorations, this place is a creation of our own design, my wife picking the colors and decorations and me rebuilding the entire bar with my team, we know that it can look and be ****ter and we are always working towards that goal but so far is yet another goal acomplished and the challenge now is to keep improving getting ****ter by day and continue to bring the best to our guests.
