If QuickBooks automatic backup fails due to folder permission issues, ensure your backup location has the correct read/write permissions.

Go to the backup folder properties and check if you have full control. After adjusting permissions, test the backup again. If it still doesn’t work, try saving the backup to a different folder or location.
