For many years, the writer of this article struggled with uncontrolled snacking, emotional eating, and inconsistent energy. I was fully opposed to taking harsh stimulants or over-the-counter diet pills. Therefore, I decided to try something gentler. My preferred resort was a natural herbal appetite suppressant. I decided to use it daily for a period of 30 days. During these days, I tracked my hunger levels, mood, and overall energy. Here I record my observations.
