Our school provides 100 Hour, 200 Hour, and 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training programs, along with retreats and wellness experiences. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to cover all aspects of yoga, including Hatha and Vinyasa practices, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology, helping students build a strong foundation in both practice and teaching.
