1. Lattice engraving
Dot engraving is similar to high-resolution dot printing. Each time the laser head swings left and right to engrave a line consisting of a series of points, and then the laser head moves up and down to engrave multiple lines at the same time, finally forming a full page of images or text. Scanned graphics, text, and vectorized graphics can be engraved using dot matrix.
2. Vector cutting
Vector cutting is different from lattice engraving. Vector cut outline for text. We usually use this mode to cut wood, acrylic, paper and other materials, and can also mark the surface of various materials.

3. Laser engraving speed
Laser engraving speed refers to the speed of laser head movement, usually IPS (inches per second) means that high speed brings high production efficiency. Speed is also used to control the depth of cut. For a particular laser intensity, the slower the speed, the greater the depth of laser cutting or laser engraving. You can use the laser engraving machine panel to adjust the speed, or you can use the computer's print driver to adjust. In the range of 1% to 100%, the adjustment range is 1%. The advanced motion control system of the laser engraver machine allows you to obtain ultra-fine engraving quality during high-speed engraving.
4. Laser engraving strength
The intensity of laser engraving refers to the intensity with which the laser irradiates the surface of the material. For a particular engraving speed, the greater the intensity, the greater the depth of cut or engraving. You can use the panel of the engraving machine to adjust the intensity, or you can use the operating software of the computer to adjust the intensity. In the range of 1% to 100%, the adjustment range is 1%. The higher the strength, the lower the speed and the deeper the cutting depth.
5. Spot size
The size of the laser beam spot can be adjusted by lenses with different focal lengths. Small spot lens for high resolution engraving. The large spot lens is used for lower resolution engraving, but it is the best choice for vector cutting.
