- Nghệ kết hợp gừng và mật ong: Chuẩn bị một cốc nước ấm (100mL), cho vào nửa thìa tinh bột nghệ, ¼ thìa bột gừng, khuấy đều sau đó cho thêm khoảng 2 thìa mật ong. Hòa tan hỗn hợp và uống khi còn ấm, ngày uống 1 lần.
- Nghệ kết hợp chuối hột: Chuối hột gọt vỏ, xay hoặc giã nhuyễn, lọc lấy nước. Sau đó hòa tan nước cốt chuối hột và tinh bột nghệ vào nước ấm và uống (3 lần/tuần).
