3. Motor
A treadmill motor is the device that powers the treadmill belt. Most motors are electric, but some models are gas powered. Electric motors are much quieter than gas powered ones.
4. Pulley System
Pulleys are small wheels attached to the ends of the belt. As the belt turns, the pulleys turn with it. The pulleys help the belt move smoothly and evenly across the treadmill.
